Applesauce Bread….Yummy!!

So today we tried a sweet treat for breakfast which was still healthy for my kiddos. Just add a glass of milk and there you have it a healthy breakfast.

Applesauce Bread

  • 1-1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 eggs

Mix all dry ingredients. Make a well in center and add applesauce, eggs, and butter. Stir well. Pour into butter bread pan and bake for 45-55 minutes @ 350. Now enjoy!
