We read a biography on Helen Keller about a month ago . We went to the library to borrow the movie but they did not have it on hand so they ordered The Miracle Worker for us to watch. It finally came in this week. This movie portrayed Helen pretty good. The kids enjoyed it so much they are right now watching it again. After the movie earlier they all ran around the house spelling words in sign language. It was so sweet. They were so amazed as we were reading the biography about how she learned to do do so much in such a short period of time. As they were watching her achieve some of these thing on screen, it made it more real to them. We all enjoyed the move but wished it would have showed past just her as a child. All in all it was good.
